Is buying through CSSBuy safe?

Buying through a reputable shopping agent is well established. The safest habit is to always review QC photos of your actual item at the warehouse before approving it and paying for international shipping.

How do I place an order?

Create an agent account, paste the product link into the order box, choose your options and pay the item cost. The item ships to the agent’s warehouse first, where you request QC photos before sending it home.

What are QC photos?

QC (quality-check) photos are pictures the warehouse takes of your real item before shipping. Use them to inspect stitching, logos and colour. If something is wrong you can request a refund or replacement while the item is still in the warehouse.

How does the QC process work?

After your item arrives at the warehouse it is photographed and held for your review. You approve or reject based on the photos, then decide when to ship — you stay in control the whole time.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic transit to the warehouse is usually a few days. International shipping depends on the line you choose — roughly 4–8 days on express and 10–20 days on economy lines.

Can I combine multiple items into one parcel?

Yes. Consolidation combines separate warehouse parcels into a single box to cut international shipping, and vacuum packaging compresses clothing to reduce volumetric weight.

Are there shipping discounts?

Shipping coupons can be applied at checkout to lower shipping cost or unlock faster delivery on eligible lines and categories.

What payment methods are accepted?

Agents typically support cards and popular online wallets, so you can complete purchases safely and conveniently.

How long can I store items in the warehouse?

Items can usually be stored free for about 90 days from the “in warehouse” status. After that a small monthly storage fee may apply, so consolidate and ship before the window closes.

Can I track everything?

Yes — using the agent app you can receive real-time notifications for order and package updates, and follow tracking all the way to your door.

How do I find items by category?

Use the category bar at the top of every page (Shoes, Jerseys, T-Shirts and more). Each opens the matching curated catalog. You can also use the header search box to look up a specific item.

Can I return or refund an item?

Yes. If a QC photo shows a defect or the wrong item, raise it with your agent while the parcel is still in the warehouse — you can usually get a refund or a replacement before anything ships internationally.

What if my item is out of stock?

If the seller can’t fulfil the order, your agent refunds the item cost to your account balance, which you can put toward another find.

How does the return process work?

Reject the item from the QC screen and your agent handles the return with the seller. Because you approve before shipping, most problems are solved without the parcel ever leaving China.

Is my parcel protected in transit?

Most agents offer optional shipping insurance at checkout. It protects your parcel against loss or damage on the way — worth adding for high-value hauls.

What happens if a package is lost or damaged?

With insurance, a lost or damaged parcel is compensated per your agent’s policy. Keep your tracking and QC records until it arrives, just in case.
